Project description and goals
The Building Technologies Group of Siemens AG Switzerland was involved in several locations domiliziert. As part of the project "One SBT" (concentration of sites on the grounds train) took the SBT an area on the train a newly created office buildings "Opus 106". Through tender for the definition and FM services for the building "Opus 106" has been building for the optimum FM operation in terms of costs and requirements and to ensure guaranteed.
