Project description and goals
Sulzer Immobilien AG was in a state of change being part of the Sulzer conglomerate which itself was in the process of reorganisation. The Facility Management organisation had grown out of previous structures. The aim was to separate duties and to establish a transparent organisation with clearly defined responsibilities competences and performance contracts.
Task RESO Partners
- Establish and define the future FM organisation
- Define the operational and strategic orientation
- Implement the new FM organisation
- Establish a concept for the invitations to tender for the locations of Winterthur, Oberwinterthur and Joweid
- Data collection of the three locations
- Carry out the invitations to tender for the technical and infrastructure facility management of the three locations
- Provide support during the implementation of the new FM services
Result
- FM performance contract for Sulzer Immobilien has been formulated
- Competitive FM organisation is established
- Services are clearly defined
- Competence and responsibility are assigned
