Project description and goals

Workplace planning, infrastructure lay out, evaluation of new furnishings, move of 550 employees from six locations in Zurich to Glattbrugg, support of Facility Management on site.

Task RESO Partners

• Establishment of a rough layout and a zone plan
• Detailed work place planning and detailed occupancy planning
• Plan, tender and implement the infrastructure (archiving and storage concept, green surfaces concept)
• Tender new furnishings
• Analysis and planning of existing furnishings
• Move management, including tender and accompaniment of the implementation
• Cleaning tender
• Support of the FM team on site and training of employees

• User and organisation orientated workplace planning
• Process supporting infrastructure
• Client and surface related new furnishings
• Cost optimised reuse of existing furnishings
• Minimal work interruption of employees during the move
