Project description and goals
Beta Project Management AG, Zurich managed 01.01.2008 from the park for industry and commerce, Altenrhein and represents in its dealings with the Contractor Services FM owners. The infrastructural and technical building management were approved by the principal by a qualified 01.01.2008 FM service provider (Contractor) award, because the former operator, Schindler AG, the mandate for reasons completed by 31.12.2007. Schindler AG employed on the premises 6 staff. This team had in the new organization. The objective of the tender award was one of the infrastructural and technical services to a qualified FM - service company. The other hand, a professionalization of the building operations (the standards for service levels, cost transparency, etc.)
